How can I determine primer specificity in a genome (prokaryotic or eukaryotic)? Primer is up to 10bp.

Why not blast it against your organism’s genome? Also, that’s an extremely short primer – unless you specifically need something that short, 18-22bp will probably deliver better results if you’re doing something like PCR.
