FORUMpicard RIBOSOMAL_INTERVALS file – shared use
Brian McConeghy Staff asked 11 months ago

Hi there,
Does a RIBOSOMAL_INTERVALS file exist for Homo sapiens Ensembl build 87 exist on Cedar? If not, could you please create the necessary RIBOSOMAL_INTERVALS file for Picard’s CollectRnaSeqMetrics command for Homo sapiens Ensembl87 and store it in a universally accessible location? Probably under /cvmfs/ref.mugqic/genomes/species/Homo_sapiens.GRCh38/annotations/ ? I can create it myself, but I figure it could be useful for others as well.
Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian, we forwarded your request to the C3G team who maintain the mugqic cvmfs. Here is the reply:

Hi,
I just generated the file and transferd it on CVMFS :
/cvmfs/ref.mugqic/genomes/species/Homo_sapiens.GRCh38/annotations/ Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.Ensembl87.rrna.interval_list
Best,
Edouard
