Hello, I have human bed file in GRCh37 coordinate and would need to change to GRCh38 coordinates? Is this possible and how do i do it?

You can try LiftOver tool from UCSC (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver). You can also download the command line of this tool from http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/downloads.html#utilities_downloads
